Taita Cesar Lezama

Taita Cesar Lezama was born in Chaparral, a rural village in southern Colombia, and grew up immersed in the sacred teachings of his indigenous ancestors. With Seberuco and Coreguaje heritage, Cesar was guided toward shamanism from an early age. At six, he entered the Putumayo jungle, drinking Yagé under the mentorship of elder Taitas Juenal, Humberto, and Fernando. He learned native chants, created his own icaros, and absorbed ancestral healing wisdom with plants.

By seven, Cesar mastered the harmonica, which he integrated into ceremonies. At twelve, he began brewing Yagé, assisting Taitas, supporting participants, and protecting his community. His training extended to learning from the Siona people. In 2006, elder Taitas granted him permission to serve medicine independently. Since then, Cesar has shared jungle wisdom across ten countries, touching the lives of over 10,000 people.

Cesar's work includes constructing ceremonial malocas and collaborating with Colombia's National University and Museum to support indigenous art. Now based in the U.S., he continues ancestral teachings through Jungle Harmony, his healing center offering retreats in Colombia’s Putumayo jungle.

Peggy Van de Plassche

Peggy brings over 20 years as an executive, venture capitalist, and entrepreneur to her role as the founder of *The Microdose Diet*, a transformative platform that empowers high performers to elevate their mental wellness through microdosing and alternative medicines. After years of corporate hustle in the financial and tech industries—working with BMO, CIBC, and OMERS—Peggy reached a breaking point, realizing that traditional methods like therapy and meditation weren’t helping her reconnect with herself. This led her to microdosing psilocybin, a shift that restored her well-being and awakened her to a new life purpose.

Peggy now helps executives and entrepreneurs break free from burnout and autopilot living. Her approach integrates brain rewiring techniques, microdosing, and targeted strategies to support lasting fulfillment and performance. As the creator of *The Microdose Diet* and *Brain Power Microdose* supplement, Peggy offers tools to boost memory, focus, and emotional well-being.

Her journey and work have been featured in *Harvard Business Review*, *The Wall Street Journal*, *Fox News*, *Business Insider*, and *Fortune*, where she shares her unique path "from finance to fungi" and her mission to guide others toward balance and resilience.
