Post-retreat, the focus is on integrating these insights for enduring personal change. Each group—whether mixed, women-only, or men-only—employs theories like Dr. Stephen Porges’ Polyvagal theory and Dr. Darcia Narvaez’s “Evolved Nest” to enhance emotional resilience and insight.
